I am currently recruiting for Front End Loader Operator’s ready for a stable, full-time role in the essential Sydney waste industry.

We are recruiting for two separate roles for a national leader in waste and recycling, ensuring efficient operation and cleanliness at their transfer stations.

As a Front End Loader Operator, you will be crucial to the daily flow of the transfer station, managing bulk materials and ensuring high standards of site cleanliness and customer service

Locations & Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Matraville 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Wetherill park 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Pay rate $45ph
    Occasional overtime opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage, move, tidy and blend waste materials within the stockpile areas.
  • Load and unload trucks and client vehicles as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas.
  • Interact professionally with the team, drivers and clients dropping off waste, providing clear direction.
  • Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures and operational protocols. An induction will be performed on your first day and VOC of all Plant operators on site.

Required for success:

  • Proven experience operating a Front End Loader in a stock pile, bulk materials or waste environment is highly preferred.
  • Current, Front End Loader Licence/Ticket.
  • Commitment to a strong safety-first culture.
  • Team player and self starter.
  • Reliability and punctuality for early starts.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
